How time has passed us by!

As we are finishing out the last two weeks of 2024, I reflect on and appreciate the comfort and ease that the last year provided. With the previous years’ developed systems keeping the workflow moving at a steady and productive pace, allowing me to focus on new projects and escalations, I was been able to hone in on developing and strengthening relationships in all realms – professional, personal, and familial. However, the seemingly calm waters can only stay steady for so long before it is easily affected.

I am grateful for the opportunities that were provided to me in 2024, which spoiled me with a synergic work team and healthy work-life balance. I am appreciative of all of the people who worked in big and small ways to assist in my successes, from simple verbalization of their own appreciation for me, pointing me to the right direction, or offering to take on full tasks to ease my load. In the same way others have helped me, I hope that I have also given positive nudges to improve their journeys as well.

In 2025, I will be facing challenges by the way of finding new employment and opportunities. Social media posts portray an unsettling job market that lists many options but offer only few real prospects, so my optimism is often fleeting as I navigate this new journey. Despite the negativity and fear of the unknown, I hope to be able to find a role that can provide continued growth opportunities with a family of talented people who are equally kind and warm.
